This is a return trip for Resurge (formerly Interplast) to this location. However, this time the team size is much reduced, with the expectation that there will be Vietnamese doctors and nurses who will join our team at the site. This is a new model for Resurge, and it will be interesting to see how well we can make it work.
At this point I am making arrangements for my dog Pepper (thanks, Chuck), my cat Oliver (thanks, Camp MacEvoy), and getting myself slowly packed. It is not too difficult to get everything ready to go, but I like to check a couple of weeks early to be sure I am not missing something essential - like valid passport!
